Data and purposes
Once enabled, forms may request name, email, skills, availability and message to coordinate volunteering or answer enquiries. Contact, registration and volunteer forms store the data needed to reply and manage participation.
Special-category data
Participation in a religious centre may reveal beliefs. Ordinary forms will not ask for a declaration of faith. Any processing that reveals religious beliefs requires an appropriate Article 9 GDPR condition, safeguards and restricted access.
Legal basis, retention and rights
Before collection is enabled, the specific legal basis, retention periods, recipients, processors, transfers and ways to exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights must be finalised. Newsletter subscription will use separate consent.
Planned integrations
Google, Telegram, Stripe, PayPal, video platforms and AI providers may support selected features. Each needs actual configuration, privacy disclosures and any applicable agreements and authorisations.
Free registered-user library
PDF downloads will require a Google account or future verified Telegram sign-in. Only necessary account and technical security data will be processed, with no default marketing. As activity may reveal beliefs, an Article 9 GDPR assessment is required before live enrolment.
Private community area
The account stores verified email, display name, access level, notification preferences, activity registrations and volunteer proposals. Association documents are restricted to associates and founders. Supabase provides identity, database and private files; Vercel hosts the website. Contact isconalicante@gmail.com to request information or account deletion. Public forms labelled as demonstrations still do not submit data.
Photo, contact and access history
Photos are stored privately and shown only to their owner. Contact phone numbers are not verified by SMS. Each user can view only their own Supabase access history. Volunteer proposals are held in this browser for 24 hours and submitted after verified registration. Resend sends verification and welcome emails once configured.
Enquiries and updates
The contact form stores your enquiry and contact details so the centre can respond. Updates are optional, require separate consent and email confirmation, and retain your selected language and topics. Unsubscribe using the email link. Only administrators can access the contact list. Resend handles delivery once configured.
