Products and prices
Before trading, each item will state its description, edition and ISBN for books, size and composition for clothing, availability and final tax-inclusive price. BBT editions will be listed according to actual stock and the relevant distribution agreement, in compliance with fixed book pricing rules.
Payment and order confirmation
Totals, delivery charges and payment methods will be presented before confirmation. A purchase will only be finalised after agreement and electronic confirmation. No demo button creates a real order.
Collection and shipping
In-person collection and eligible delivery locations are planned, with fees and timeframes shown before payment. No shipping rates or delivery periods have been approved yet.
Withdrawal and returns
For ordinary distance sales, consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions. A clear procedure and any direct return costs will be published before sales begin.
Legal warranties and complaints
Statutory conformity rights, complaints and refunds will be observed under consumer law. A support channel and order confirmation will be available before trading.
Personal data
Delivery and billing information will be processed as needed to perform a contract and meet legal requirements, with full notices on retention and providers. Purchases do not require disclosure of religious affiliation.
Donations
Voluntary contributions will be handled separately and never included in product pricing or sales accounts.
